Advantages of TPU breathable film of rainbow TPU:

1. Cold resistance: below -30℃.

2. Moisture permeability comes from hydrophily theory and Waterproof feature comes from no microvoids and porosity, so our TPU film doesn't cause blocked by detergent and salinity of sweat because ofmicrovoids and porosity.

3. Our TPU film is plasticizer-free and so it doesn't cause dusting.

4. Our TPU film is suitable for PU aqueous solvent adhesive and PUR adhesive(If washing-free,  also can use acrylic adhesive and latex adhesive).

5. Lamination temperature is decided by the property of adhesive(such as aqueous or solvent type), so please note that if lamination temperature is too high, there is microvoid which can’t be seen by naked eye, thus making waterproof feature(hydrostatic pressure) poor.
