1. Difference in hardness (range)
The SEBS modified TPE has a wide range of adjustable hardness, and its hardness range can be varied from ShoreA Scale 0~100, while the TPU hardness range is usually in Shore60A~Shore70D (currently there are soft TPUs with hardness around 45A abroad. But the price is quite expensive). Therefore, it can be said that the hardness range of the TPE is medium-low hardness, and the TPU hardness is medium-high hardness.
2. Burning distinction

3. Performance differences
TPU's elastic and elastic recovery properties (flexible creep resistance) are superior to TPE. The material structure of TPU is mainly polymer homogeneous structure, which belongs to polymer resin.
