1. TPE (based on SEBS substrate)

Injection molding: The molding temperature is 130 ~ 230 . Injection molding includes single-material molding and dual-material multi-stream molding, or plastic coating or two-color injection molding.

Extrusion molding: The molding temperature is 125 ~ 220 . Generally, the TPE material is extruded separately or it can be co-extruded with other plastics.

Salivation molding: using extruder, calender and other equipment, the TPE melt is made into a film with a thickness of 0.05 ~ 0.5mm. The calendering temperature is 170 ~ 200 . It should be noted that the salivation performance of TPE is not very outstanding.

Salivation molding: using extrusion machine, calender and other equipment, the TPR melt is made into a film with a thickness of 0.05 ~ 0.5mm. The calendering temperature is 170 ~ 200 . The salivation performance of TPR is average.
