1.       Application of chain plate meat segmentation belt

On the one hand, bacteria in the gap are prone to bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, and even parasite eggs, thereby causing meat. Severe pollution; on the other hand, the long-term existence of crack residue will lead to corruption, produce toxic substances such as cadaverine, accompanied by foul odor, and seriously pollute the conveyor belt and its meat. In order to improve the cleaning effect of the meatboard segmentation belt, the manufacturer usually uses a special cleaning agent, which also increases the degree of contamination and treatment difficulty of the wastewater after cleaning. Since the chain meat segmentation belt is much higher than the PVC or PU conveyor belt in terms of power consumption, water consumption, and wastewater treatment cost, the market share of such a segmentation belt is currently significantly reduced.

2.       PVC or PU meat segmentation belt application

Due to the serious harm to human health, DEHP is not easy to degrade and has bioconcentration properties, which have been classified as toxic chemicals by countries all over the world.

Although the surface plastic of the PU material has no risk of plasticizer precipitation and migration, the fiber fabric skeleton layer absorbs blood water or grease, and PU does not have antibacterial properties, which easily leads to contamination of the entire conveyor belt.
